ROAD TRIP WITH HYUNDAI

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA

Last weekend Jerry had a couple days off so we jumped at the opportunity to take a road trip to San Francisco with Hyundai. We drove around the Elantra GT for 4 days fitting into tiny parallel parking spots (which by the way, having a backup camera is a game changer), driving up ridiculously steep hills with ease, sticking my head out of the sunroof and stopping traffic to get the perfect shot. It was the perfect city car for such a busy city!

The Elantra GT is a very compact car but once you are inside the car it is extremely roomy, we were even able to hide all of our luggage in the trunk (very important in San Francisco). From Los Angeles to San Francisco is roughly 400 miles, and during that 400 miles we only had to stop for gas 1 time! We usually stop twice, and then once more inside the city for gas again...plus it only cost $50 to fill up the tank.
