Mom & Me in Yosemite

I tell Jerry all the time that if football doesn't work out we are going to get jobs in Yosemite. This was the first trip I have taken without Jerry since we started dating 4 years ago. He had to stay in Japan and "work", aka play football for living, not really sure you can call it work when you love it as much as he does. So I headed to Yosemite with my mom for this trip. I warned her that I was going to expect nothing but the best from her and that she was really going to have to put some effort in with this photos. Jerry and I shoot manually, which means every shot is adjusted different according to the light and blah blah blah. So with that said, handing this huge camera to someone who has never taken a picture like this before was a little daunting. I kept reminding her, "mom, it's digital.. take more than one!" Sometimes I would just set the camera in the continuous shoot mode so she would take 4 or 5 by accident. No pictures will ever do this place justice in the fall, but I think my mom killed it!
Oh and ps. the blue jacket in the last pictures is called the "Rose Bowl" jacket. So for all you Bruin fans out there, you know how badly I needed this jacket in my closet.
